Radon Testing
Radon Testing can be requested as a stand-alone service or bundled with an inspection. Radon, a toxic, invisible, and odorless gas, can be extremely dangerous if it builds up in the home. Exposure to the gas can cause serious health complications and has been linked to lung cancer. Keep your family safe by scheduling Radon Testing before buying a home.
Sewer Scope Services
Our Sewer Scope service can be requested as a stand-alone service or bundled with an inspection. With our scope, we can inspect your sewer lines and pipes to ensure that they are free from any damages or blockages.
New Construction Inspection
It is better to find oversights in construction before the final walkthrough than during it. We come into newly built homes and search for the defects that can go unnoticed until the last minute. This gives the builder time to address any issues and prepare the home for its walkthrough.
Re-Inspection
After we have completed a Buyer’s Home Inspection, the buyer and seller will work together to agree on repairs that need to be made before moving forward with the deal. Once these repairs are made, we can do a Re-Inspection that ensures both parties are on the same page and that all agreements were met.
Seller’s Home Inspection
When you’re selling a home, you want to make sure that the property is in good condition so that it does not turn potential buyers away. During a Seller’s Home Inspection, we do the hard work of uncovering all of the potential issues in the home so that you can address them before listing.
Final Walkthrough Inspection
Closing a deal on your home is a huge decision, so it should be made with complete certainty and confidence. Our Final Walkthrough Inspection is similar to the Re-Inspection but performed immediately before the closing of the property. This last inspection ensures that both the buyer and seller fully understand the home’s final condition and that the buyer’s requests were met honestly.
